Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you are encouraged to notify us by sending a detailed email to dmca@storageunitlease.com. To ensure a quick and effective response, your notification should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Procedure Upon Receipt of a DMCA Notification
Upon receipt of a proper notification of alleged copyright infringement, Storage Unit Lease will take whatever action it deems appropriate within the confines of the DMCA, which may include the removal of the challenged content from the website.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@storageunitlease.com. Your counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any jurisdiction in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
